After years of confrontation, both the Israeli’s and the Palestinians have agreed that they love each other far too much to fight anymore. Earlier today, Mahmud al-galib, a famous Palestinian Poet read a poem expressing the Palestinians undying love for Israel in front of a group of high ranking Israeli officials. Upon hearing this poem all of the Israeli officials were overcome with tears. As a token of their appreciation, the Israeli government passed a bill which made it obligatory for all Israeli’s to hug at least one Palestinian by the end of next week. In response, thousands of Palestinian men picked flowers in anticipation of these hugs and will be giving each Israeli a flower to thank the Israeli’s for their gestures of affection.
